Personal and hashtag ride maps now auto-bound to the ridden area. Also switch two custom leaderboards to hashtag boards. Also add full-size toggle to main map in xl breakpoint. Also add gesture handling to fix map pan from stealing mobile scroll.
Resolves #391.
Addresses #330.
